Master Ricky Kan is also famously known as KING of Chi Ma Wu in Malaysia especially in the capital of Kuala Lumpur. He is the pioneer master chef for the secret recipe of the Chinese traditional dessert; Creamy Steamed Egg Custard, Black Sesame Paste and Peanut Paste.

The secret recipe is handed down through 4 generations and is a healthy dessert for both young and old.
